Everyone changes in time , some grow and some stay stuck in the same life repeating every mistake you already know is wrong . I’ve tripped on my own mistakes several times over the years. I’ve also picked myself up and kept going when I thought I couldn’t . Challenging yourself day by day is extremely important, you need to set goals that are realistic for you . I chose Keto/Herbalife for myself and it’s worked for Me . I set daily goals , as simple as today I’m gonna drink my full water goal . I’m going to walk 3 miles or I’m only eating a certain amount of calories today . Changing your lifestyle is hard but can be done without missing all the bad habits.
One thing I learned 4 years ago was Soda being so bad for you. Anything that can clean your toilet as a quick household tip cannot be good for your body. Be positive, think of all the changes you will make , love yourself and be true to you ! Walk in a room confident at any size raise your head up high . Sit with a purpose !!
